Even though I have a staff of estimators, I call on Mr. Mahaffey to evaluate the estimates on important projects and when my estimating staff is overwhelmed with bids, I will gladly call on Mr. Mahaffey’s expertise.

In December 2019 we decided to research and purchase an estimating software system for our interior construction company. Early on I came across an article that Charles had written on the subject. I contacted Charles and from then on, he has been a great source of information and advice.
Charles participated in the online conference calls with potential software providers and helped guide us through the selection process. Once we decided on a system, we hired Charles to train our estimators. Charles did on-site training for a total of three weeks and has continued to help online.
